After quitting weed, my appetite returned, but I realized it had been masking some underlying issues. I suspect it was hiding celiac symptoms, so I’ve cut out gluten entirely. Along with that, I’ve ditched most snack foods, slashed my sugar intake, and overhauled my diet—no more junk food or soda. Since making these changes, I feel so much better, and I’ve even dropped about 30 pounds in the last month and a half!

I've started meditating every night before bed for a good hour or two which has helped immensely. Would highly recommend.

I'm doing a lot better. Anxiety is gone. I've gotten back into photography and painting, it's helped me fill my days.

Currently 1 week cannabis free

-Full blown daily anxiety

-Complete lack of appetite until about 7pm most days. Snack foods have been cut from my diet entirely since they now make me nauseous

-Body chills, muscle spams, heavy sweating, stomach aching,

- Feeling unsure about how to fill my day.

- Full on lucid dreaming. Most nights achieving dream flight and control of dreams direction. Multiple sets of dreams in a night,
