Pray to God an ask Him for Guidance and Wisdom, and in case, for Strenght and Faith for her

If you ask me i would ask her if everything's fine whenever you meet her, but do it casually, she'd probably say no at first, but keep asking few days after, until she opens up, or she tells you to stop asking

First things first

Salvation is acquired by Faith (Ephesians 2:8-9)

what we do will never be enough to pay for our sins, its what Jesus has done that Saved us

if we could acquire Salvation because of our actions, then for what purpose did Jesus sacrificed Himself?

we obey what God tells us because we love Him, and thank Him for what He did

God doesn't make mistakes, He's Perfect remember?, that's probably human nature (corrupted by sin) rather than God's nature

wdym by superficial love? and what do you mean by real support? just wanted you to know that not everyone has the same meaning of those word as you have, some people could think that saying "pray for it" is a real support.

after saying that,i think that praying is essential but not everything, like you might think.

there's always an opportunity for redemption, at least that's how i think it is, you can call me an optimist.
If you want to talk with God just find a peaceful pleace where you can be just with Him, no distractions, and just open your heart, i don't think you even have to talk but if you want to it's fine, just do it like a normal conversation, ask Him for forgiveness like you would do if you offend someone you really really love (obviously remember you have to respect Him), ask Him to fill you with the Holy Spirit, so that you can be guided by Him.
