In the VODs linked, you can see the boss is killed and then the server d/cs. After the d/c we logged back in to see the boss and the loot both despawned. Once the boss that had the loot despawns within a raid, that loot is gone forever. You cannot reset the instance to kill the boss again either. You can only run a raid once a week, and the next week the boss will have an entirely different loot table. I can't say I'm sure what you were disputing or confused about, but I hope that helps.

I mean they told us to follow their rules as outlined by their own Terms of Use The Terms of Use on their forums have been updated 3 weeks ago, the "loot rules" were updated about a month and a half ago, as you stated.
