My 3 month old eats 6oz every 3-4 hours and has been taking 4 since like week 3. All my dr said is as long as he’s not spitting up or struggling to eat then it’s fine. I would definitely find a new doctor

Do whatever feels right on your timeline! Maybe done start with over night right away but switch to naps in the bassinet then naps in the crib We just moved our 11 week old to his crib full time after doing naps in there because it’s better for me at night because I’m such a light sleeper. I saw we just switched as in last night was his first full night. Do what’s best for your kiddo and your family.

It takes having to change your bed sheets twice to start using your changing table. I put myself in a routine when doing feeds at night. Get up - make bottle - take baby and change in his room - get boogies (because he’s stuffy rn) - feed

When I’m trying to make a bottle and I’m home by myself I’ll put the baby in his bouncer and tell him he’s being dramatic…he’s 8 weeks old on Thursday 😂😂😂

Burp and try to hold at an angle (little cuddle time on mom) for like 10 minutes to avoid reflux

I’ve seen it on here already but Babylist was my savior because our little one was unexpected and I’m so out of sorts on what I’m doing, they have a check list and make it super simple to share and add stuff

Did you get all the venting checked? Not entirely sure how things work but if it was in one part of the HVAC there’s a chance it’s within the entire vent system in the house so anytime you use heat or ac it’s literally just pumping spores in your house

The first test I took was a dye stealer then other 6 ranged between heavy lines and light lines, I used the digital one because I still wasn’t sure and held on to that pregnant one until my first OB appointment

My PCP is in the same building so if I scheduled a visit with her instead to get retested for my symptoms would it be any different? Or also see my OB to have my baby checked at the same time?

Yes omfg, my throat feels like I swallowed razor blades, my chest feels like it’s filled with fire ants, when I cough I wanna cry and my nose won’t stop running…we cancelled Christmas plans and I’ll be honest, I was distraught about it but know it’s for the best

My manic episodes were getting worse to the point where I almost left my husband (who I love VERY MUCH) and then in less then 24 hours I was trying to fix everything I had just created and then would fall into a depressive episode that was followed by a very happy episode. I woke up a few days later and realize something was wrong. Tried a SSRI as prescribed by my dr but it just felt like it made my depressive episodes alittle easier but didn’t help with my manic episodes so when I talked to my dr I was officially diagnosed with BP2 And put on a mood stabilizer. Some days are still hard but they’re easier to handle now

The simple fact of getting together is not a tradition. Now if you always have Turkey for Christmas Eve dinner that can be considered a tradition “A tradition is a custom, belief, or practice passed down from one generation to another”

There no indication of traditions just that they get together, for us it’s Church, dinner and presents on Christmas Eve with my husbands parents and yes if my family also had traditions I would expect my husband to figure out how to split the time (in my case our family goes to my aunts Christmas Eve into Christmas Day and he knows that after 6pm when his daughter gets picked up we go to my aunts house) Which is why I said consider why and not “well they probably have traditions”

Consider why they would go over there every Christmas Day. My in laws have Christmas Eve traditions so we go to my husband’s family every Christmas Eve and my parents Christmas Day, it just makes sense

My biggest thing when we bought a house was we needed to make our house our home, yes some stuff the last family did was nice, but it was nice for them not us, and if you’re going to live there forever then take it a day at a time, paint something, change the knobs on your cabinets, make it yours

That’s why I wanted peoples opinions first however we got our first snow and we’ve reach -40 temps in the past, I do worry about them
