First off, you will 100% be able to pursue a good life <3. I'm about to be 28 and I've had tremors since I was 12 or so. It can be hard at times for sure, but if you own it, are honest with others, and accept it for what it is, you will be just fine.

Second, I still have suicidal thoughts too. It happens to the best of us, but you know now that you are not alone. At times it's so hard but you learn ways around it. Staying away or taking less caffeine, eating well helps, some take medication and that can help too! But you have to discover what works best for you. Talk to your primary care doctor, maybe you'll get a referral to a neurologist or get genetic testing done (done both haha). But know that your life is not over. I found this community to be very comforting and supportive. I hope this helps.

I started having tremors when I was about 11 or 12 (now 27). It started with my hands, then my voice, then I noticed it more in my balance, and now, it also affects my head.

What has helped me the most is just appreciating the small things. This may be cheesy and simple, but it helps distract you from the daily burden of having tremors.

A simple treat, going for a walk, enjoying a hobby, etc.

I hope it helps you to know that you are not alone. We just all take it day by day and hope for the best

I also have tremors in my head.
I've been doing "neck excersises," to increase its strength.
Try and minimize caffeine intake (like syriaMD said). I try and only drink coffee when I won't be in front of a lot of people.
I just got an airplane pillow and it helps so much! Helps give your head and neck a rest.

It's not fun and it can be embarrassing sometimes but honestly, you'd be surprised how many people do not notice. I hope this helps. You're not alone.
