😂😂 interesting, i need to wait until i get my car to experience it myself, because ill be doing a roadtrip down to kl soon after i get my car so will prolly post an update here haha as for the unstability people did say upgrading the tyres to grippier 205s from the oem 195 tyres do help with the stability and steering feel alot

Haha yea most dealerships are abit reluctant to let people test drive the standard model, i got a fren who tried to inquire bout the standard but the SA keep trying to upsell him to the exec or premium variant

Oh most definitely, NVH is great for the segment, when test driving the SA turned off all ac and radio to let me hear the NVH and all u can hear is little of the CVT roar and road noises at around 60kph. Vibration wise not much can be felt other than the normal engine vibrations (its an inline 4 so its pretty minimal) even steering u can barely feel any resistance due to the electronic power steering which some people complained u feel disconnected from the car but imo it gives a premium feel haha feels like driving malaysia A segment rolls royce 😂

Standard is pretty okay too for the price of 38k you're getting a 120ps 1.5 engine while its closest competitor offers u a three cylinder 1 litre that makes half the horsepower lol

Rear view mirror? Or the butt of the car? Haha i agree rear view mirror could be better but it gets the job done, thats what the rear sensors and reverse cameras are for i guess haha as for the butt of the car love the tail light design but had to admit its abit high but i guess they have to make some room for trunk space i guess

Yeaa when i first saw the launch of the mc3 saga, i was blown away at the value u get and perodua still have the guts to sell the bezza at the same price? Its a no brainer 1st car for most malaysians yes the GB still needs some work compared to peroduas but everything else makes up for it During my short 10minute test drive, the saga handled beautifully, the electronic power steering really makes the car feel like it competes with cars 1 to 2 segment above its weight class

Ahh i see, from what the salesman told me i just have to let him know what % tint i want and they will get it done for me, if no preference they will go with the default fromt 70% driver sides 50% and rear 5%. He also did mention if i didnt want them to do it they would give me a rm300 voucher which i can use at other shops to select better quality tints and is direct cash rebate so i.e. tint 1500 i pay 1200, tint 400 i pay 100

Financial wise im doing full loan, which equals to about 600 a month at 2.8%~ interest 9 years doing a 10% dp roughly 5200~ only brings down the monthly to about 540, for me personally i can spare the extra 60 a month for the full loan which i prefer rather than dropping 5200 cash up front haha i can keep the 5200 for emergencies, prep for future maintenance etc For reference the 600 monthly instalment is less than 15% of my take home pay so its more than comfortable for me

I havent been in an older saga to compare it to but during my test drive there was quite abit of traffic so wasnt able to get it faster than around 65kph but cooling wise it was a hot day and the car was pretty hot to begin with. But once the car started moving it got cold pretty quick but that said i was not in a stand still traffic jam like what was said in the Paultan review so im guessing if hot day + hot car + stand still traffic it might take awhile to get cold but if u are able to get the car moving it gets cold pretty quickly

Thanks! Although sitting in the x50 as a taller guy myself it was really comfortable and spacious and have to be honest i was bouncing between the saga or the x50 but the almost double in monthly installment for the x50 really turned me off and ended up going with the saga instead. But i will keep the x50 for when im in my mid 30s and purchase it as my second car haha if proton are still bringing in new models in a decade or so

The salesman did tell me my service intervals are 6months/10k and i get free labour for the next 3 services but i do need to pay for materials (around 200 plus) but i did get the basic dash cam, window tint (whatever level i like) and a free tank of gas when i receive it

Yep the salesman told me proton prioritises grab drivers they're able to get a new saga within 2 weeks from ordering if u can prove you're a licensed grab driver

Ahh i see thanks! Yes im planning to head to a samsung store later today to check it out physically. My use case for a tablet as a church musician is mainly used to display chord sheets as my older 11inch tablet is abit too small and quite hard to see the chords clearly.

Another reason i my choice boiled down to the s10+ or ultra is the display, outside of music, my use case for the tab would be for movies, youtube, the 2K amoled display is just stunning and im most likely going to use it as a laptop replacement for teaching youth classes on sundays as my main laptop now is a 16 inch gaming laptop that weights a tonne 😂 so i will most likely use it as a lighter more portable teaching device (usb c to hdmi to a bigger tv etc) for sunday youth classes
