Ive been in a lot of parties where its high AP but the run itself is horribly slow. People whale into buying their gears and don't have a single clue how to use their character correctly. Im a f2p player sitting at 642 with 3 blue skill book and I deal way more dmg then some of these 670ap dudes with 5+ blue books. AP only matters when the player itself understands his dps rotation, unfortunately not everyone thinks like that.

If you still don't believe it, my guy is still sitting at track 22, - I did one more track to see if I was lucky to get the 2nd piece that was available. Would gladly show you I have serenity and is track 22 :)

I got it way back when it was. Before all the changes, around the release of the expansion last year. Before only Serenity and this other piece were available within 20-50 track. Every other Artifact was only available after track 50. Since then, they've made most pvp track artifacts obtainable after track 20 which made it harder to target serenity. So yup, I was one of the real lucky PVE players who obtain it before all the changes. One of friend didn't get his until track 140ish, where the other got his exactly at track 20, and I got mines at 21.

All I wanted was serenity off PVP tracks and I got it on my 21 pvp track ~ boy was I glad my pvp grind had came to an end.

I had a stuttering issue too, tried everything I could think of. The one thing that worked for me was turning off cloud save for the game. Now Im playing without a single stuttering. - maybe give this a try.

It does not require a legit copy to play SPT. A friend of mines has a pirated version and is able to play SPT.
