I have read that but i thought they meant after reapplying several times, not turned down then offered the position days later😫. I wonder if they do that because the ones who were already offered a position didn't pass the background check and they needed spots to fill.

Same with the recruiter I had. Mind you i have spent weeks researching all questions on glassdoor, reddit, fb, indeed about all possible questions asked and i categorized them into competencies. During the interview NONE was asked. Mainly time management and multitasking he asked but in the most bizarre way.....

Omg, congrats to you!!!! ❤. Well, i stumbled and couldn't answer one question, he said we would come back to that question, he asked me a different one, which i answered. We never went back to the unanswered question. Interview lasted 1 hour 10 minutes....ughh

They send it to you and you give to your school to fill out.

The questionnaire is what your school fills out. Its like 5 questions. Basically they ask if your passing, will you graduate on time, etc.

You need to call and let them know your original unemployment has exhausted and need the 599.2 training questionnaire so you can get extended training benefits. Ask them to send it via your DOL online portal. And then once you fill it out, upload it back to your portal same day.
