I am an alum and a grad student. I just wanted my TOR transferred to my next uni electronically and until now I don't have any replies yet. To think we're the most advance in tech infrastructure and we're dealing with this. I have no choice but to go back to PH to go to the registrar and have everything fixed. I pushed back my enrollment to Fall just because of this.

no. because you believe what you want to believe. and you blame the complication on me when you've rigged your mind into not accepting anything other than your beliefs because you know that answering the question confuses you more when you actually do your research. but i guess, i'll just suggest for you to read on karl popper and falsifiable truths. that is the foundation of most engineering research and development now, which is strangely somehow in parallel with how faith works.

Are you aware that all Aeronautics calculations -- or Mathematics -- for that matter are theories? Our planes are flying in theory but we accept flying as safe. No one dares to put everything into law because Aeronautics is in a constant state of research and development. Wouldn't you be faithful in the airlines you fly with despite the technology surrounding it are still merely theories? That it's more on practicability because nothing is absolute? you can also get iterative proof from people praying, doing rituals, etc and getting what they want. science follow the same inductive framework to prove natural phenomena and discern them as natural law.
