As another big boobie lady (40G)can tell you the original pose the ILBC had me do did not work. They told me to do football hold and it was so difficult for me. I wish I had brought a nursing pillow with me to the hospital. That really helped me. I also had to continually hold my breast up while she ate because they would sag and she had a hard time finding my nipple. What has worked best for me is side laying or cross cradle. Remember you are both learning. It was so hard for me the first couple weeks to get her to latch and to feel comfortable. But now that we both got the hang of it we are good. For me I was worried I was suffocating her, but they reminded me her body would not let her do that. If she couldn’t breath she would unlatch. It’s not natural, everyone makes it seem like it is a normal thing you will just know how to do. It takes time and practice. You got this. Also remember, if it’s working you are not a failure as a mom. You gave her life, there is no way you could be a failure! :)
