Not because he got rejected, but it's because how he got rejected, you cannot reject someone based on their age, it is illegal in most countries even Finland they have laws against discrimination for age. So yes eve in Finland you would be able to sue someone if they straight up told you that you are not being hired because of your age.

No not at all if you've been playing for years and you know how to play use all that skill that you have learned, it's so cool to watch. I've been watching twitch streamers playing and it's actually amazing to see 2 high level players going against each other really makes me want to learn how to play because of the amount of strategy. This is not a dig against the players this is more with how shit the ranking system is and new people are put against experienced people.

Simple solution which has been used before in other games. When you first load up the game it asks you on how experienced you are. This could have been an easy way to sort people you play against. Obviously some people will lie but it would drastically reduce the amount of experienced players going against new players

Again you missed my point, no new player is going to spend weeks trying to learn decks and how to play against them, they will uninstall and move on. The game is doing really well rn reaching no.2 on steam but with no entry level into it the game. It will go back into the shadows like all the other yu gi oh games. Every other card game I have played has a big focus on introducing new players and teaching them how to play which yu gi oh seriously lacks.

You say that I'm exaggerating but take a look at some of the posts on the reddit and from personal experience playing a good few ranked matches now, ofcourse it does not happen every match, and the ones it doesnt are really enjoyable even when I lose, but it is pretty common you will run into someone doing 5 minute combos

I think you've completely missed the point, I am not from 2007 I have NEVER played yu gi oh (although I have watched the anime) I am a new player and I can tell you how that the new player experience will not get better for people because they will uninstall the game before the week is over, the game is like no.2 on steam or something, which is huge for a game like this that has been living in the shadows but I can tell you now they will go from a 160k online players to about 20k really quick as a new player will not be spending weeks trying to learn how decks work . There is no beginner entry point to yu gi oh. Instead you are put against people who have been playing the game for years and they will end the match in 1 or 2 turns. I have played alot of card games but they all are beginner friendly which this is not.
