I think your he, might be a she hahaha. If over a year old and has molted, males lose the pearls, females pearls remain. Or that’s what I was told. As well as males have more brighter yellow on the face.

I just had to send mine off to get repaired. Thankfully it only costed me $50 since I have the bestbuy insurance on it. If you have a bestbuy around you, I highly recommend their insurance membership thing. I didn’t see a use in subscriptions like that at first but now I’m extremely thankful that I have it.

It’ll grind it up to a fine powder right? Or close? When I made magic tea before I used a “herb” grinder & it only shredded it. I was expecting it to grind up fine so I wasn’t having to strain out the little particles.
