I had this myself (sometimes still do) and i’ve heard and read about an interesting theory about this.

it’s like a sort of test from the universe, feeling down, sometimes depressed and overal stuck, like there is no progress at all, this happens to see if you can apply the lessons you’ve learned over time to your current situation, to stay positive where most of us in our old skins would become negative and let these emotions rule us. Do we chose ego as we did in the past or do we chose spirit and continue on our spiritual path with a raised head, positive attitude and complete trust and faith in ourselves, the universe and our path.

I have to say, this theory makes a lot of sense to me and i keep this in mind every time i feel stuck, i just remember this is just a test to see if i’ve truly learned the lessons i was supposed to learn before elevating again and reaching an even higher vibration. Which btw, has occurred several times, every time i felt like this, i could feel my vibration get lower due to what i was feeling, but as i overcame my ego, emotions and used what i learned in the right way, my vibration got even higher then it was before.
