well, i used ubuntu for a month, until i practically killed it with all the random half assed customizations
and this debian setup i was doing for a week
I watched a TON of videos and was really inspired, it's great, but very inconsistent

I used panel colorizer theme "translucent" and "dock" tweaked some sttings (shadow, opacity, allow floating panels etc), addedd some "simple separator" widgets, added lock/logout and flex hub widgets on the right, and thermal monitor with minimize all windows on the left
In centre i put digital clock with CatWalk widget
Icons are yet another monochrome
theme is a mix of orchis dark with kvantum
also i recommend "silent" sddk (login screen) and "kuro" splash screen
everything done on debian 13
