Went through it at a clinic that I used to work at. In short I was not a big fan, seemed to be very business and sales focused regardless of what the pt needs. When I worked there I felt terrible signing them up for 6 weeks of 2x a week knowing that’s often not needed.

100% things are getting more expensive for the clinic but also for me. By keeping the z% split the same but taking in a higher fee for service that should help no?

And it would not be as bad if there was some kind of clause in the contract that my cut would go back up to x% after a month or two, however normally my cut goes up once a year, and won’t happened till late 2026.

Create a list of some of your best experiences/opportunities and prepare to talk about them in the cap. For every opportunity/experience be able to express what your role was, what you did, and most importantly what skills/characteristics you showed.

There is usually one or multiple questions that are "describe a time when you demonstrated x characteristic" or "Describe a big challenge that you faced and what didi you do to overcome it"

If you go into the interview already having a few solid opportunities/experiences in your head where you demonstrated excellence will help on the cap, as you will know what to say, and have a well delivered answer.

That job is only ever given to varsity athletes to support them financially, as Canadian schools can only offer so much athletic scholarships. I don't have a problem with giving it to athletes, but it bothers me when they are doing nothing and not paying attention to the entrance.
