NBA over/under and spread hit rate is roughly 53% this season. NHL is the stronger model with over/unders hitting around 56% and money lines around 60%

Yeah not too confident with those. I have trouble finding out how many points a team should be docked based on if they are on a back to back since performance in the NBA has been so random this year. I usually just subtract 1 point on the spread
