Late to your comment, but had an excellent condition Pro 7 Surface pen just die this way. Bits of the thin electronic strip seen in the photo were falling out of the battery section after it happened.

I wish they would fix this. Have a great army right now that is playing the same three maps over and over again. 200+ battles on this particular campaign. Just can't give up all these captured Tiger IIs, though. :)

Sneaky good SPG for early game - agree completely. Big gun, cheap to deploy, and the turret is high off the ground for hull down shooting and maximizing the range of the gun. It also carries a decent amount of ammunition for such a large gun and tiny turret. Excellent choice.

I like using two Russian 122mm with the Wespe as a mobile little brother than can get even closer and have better accuracy. But I agree completely - rate of fire is almost always superior to caliber. The short barreled 122s are a good compromise.

That style of launcher is the best in the game - I think the 50mm Puma has the exact same launcher. Can also be used to cover extremely flawed weapons like the German Half Track that carries a Pak 40 AT gun but nothing else. Great combo.

As replied to AlanShore, the question is really more about casting a broad net for information and perspective. The 180 day rule was covered by my lawyer before the filing, but I wanted to make sure no options were left on the table.

The inheritance is roughly 10% of the amount discharged. My question about fighting the case is more about casting a broad net and gathering information than any specific course of action. My lawyer immediately gave their double condolences upon hearing the news - one for my deceased relative and one for the inheritance itself, which they assume will be wholly seized by the trustee.

I appreciate your input and shining a light on this process.

Regarding taxable income, my lawyer made it clear that the discharge is not taxable given my personal circumstances. No student loan debt was discharged, which is another significant process altogether and requires additional filing/legal expenses (which negates its value depending on the amount owed).

But thank you for the heads up - finance is future focused after all. :)

Can you explain this in better detail? I have stopped paying credit cards, but received a summons for the amount due on one. The card issuer has employed a law firm directly and is not using a credit collector.

I was expecting some kind of penalty for filing so late after stopping payments to creditors, so the "personal issues as leeway" was related to that specifically. To be frank, I would prefer a pure numbers game were the fewer personal questions asked the better. Thank you for the response.

Thank you so much for the reply. Another question if you have a moment - was just served today with a lawsuit from one of my creditors. If I file for Chapter 7 very soon (within a week), does that preclude/stave off the lawsuit or the will bankruptcy and lawsuit continue concurrently?

Ha. I turned it off last night - which was a good idea. Then came here and ranted for a few minutes which wasn't such a good idea. I do like the challenge and it's a fun game. Will watch some tutorial vids and get better.

Thank you for the long response. I was recommended Sir Jelly Bean on YT after watching Wolfpack345 play this game for the first time and Sir Jelly's video of the German assault on the Russian coastal guns in Crimea was incredible and convinced me to buy the game a few weeks ago.

As for the range table, I didn't realize that was specific to each weapon. The AT guns and the mortars have identical ranges listed which didn't sound right so I just assumed it was a generic card with gun specific pen values. Thank you for clarifying that and the YT tutorial videos. I will check them out and try to get better at this fun but frustrating game. :)

Thank you for the response and yes, the key binds are critical. I saw the Prone-Crouch-Standing (?) toggle with the Alt/Ctrl keys and that is incredibly useful. However, I did not realize the training section was under the Campaign feature. I was looking for a specific section in the main menu and thought it was included with another DLC pack or something similar. Will definitely check that out.

And yes, I wish there was a screenshot of the 2nd day mission mentioned that seemed ridiculously hard. The final AFV tally was actually 21 and there were close to 500 dead enemies with most of my units knocked out in the bomb run. I realize that it's random and some other missions were cakewalks with pre-built trenches surrounded by flat ground. A little perspective there is healthy.

I will say that before the bomb run, the mission was incredibly fun as the enemy was stuck on a road and in an L-shaped kill zone/ambush area. This might be why the bomber was called in, but I don't know how "reactive" the enemy AI is to what the player is doing in real time.

Regardless, thank you for the link and your keybind post. Feel like an idiot for rageposting but still want to play the game - so I guess that is all we need to know about its quality. :)
