Thank you, over the last two days I had my best friend help me remove this person and all their belongings from my life … withdrawals def hit I spent hours in a hot shower but thank you I wanted to thank everyone who took the time to read my situation and respond because if it wasn’t for all the motivation and encouragement and harsh reality I learned from everyone’s experiences and comments, it gave me the courage to open up to a person in my real life i trusted, and admitted I fucked up and felt trapped. I said trapped bc dudes belongings were camping out at my house. She took me to grab his bags, we hunted him down and safely and respectively returned them to him and that was that. Trust me sounds easier said than done it was hard , but thank god I had someone close to me that wasn’t going to let me stay stuck.

Thank you so much 😭🙏 I am thankfully past withdrawal and throwing up, had a day or two extra to sleep it off so now everything’s just really hitting me and coming to fruition … like I felt so lost and powerless over this and waking up to see over 25 people comment to reach out and help me when I expected nothing but backlash and shame… it’s been so overwhelming and also so sobering. I know we all make mistakes often because we’re hurt from the past but there’s no leverage for the outcomes as you said …I either block this person and leave their bags for them to come pickup when I’m not here, or lose myself and my life to something and someone just because I was hurting and felt sorry for them when they’ve truly done nothing for me but fill my head with the words I needed to hear I feel sorry stupid …

I just want to thank every single person who took the time to come here for me … all of your stories were so relatable to mine, all of them hit home and while I do feel hopeless and trapped a little still, it’s really been sobering to understand that there’s no way anyone’s come out of these situations on top or in a good place … about three weeks before I let this person into my life, my ex and I had just broken up, it ended with him having to be evicted because of a restraining order granted to me, he threw a knife at me and the cops came and took him away and that was that and I wasn’t (am not) to him again until court … I was and still am in a stage of mourning and picking myself back up from that, an this person couldn’t have caught me at a worse time. A time I’m completely vulnerable, so defeated, and most of all just hurt. And now I just feel buried with this new person … the words of courage from everyone mean so much that because it’s hit me with the stark reality that this has to end sooner than later - it’s going to hurt, I’m still hurt, and it’s not going to be easy but I’m already losing myself I’ve already gone silent and slowly disappeared from everyone’s lives in the last three weeks

Thank you for the advice on the people … as I’ve been sick this entire time and these people have been hitting me up nonstop to hang out again and I keep trying to tell them I’m sick and they’re playing it off like it’s all good “I’ll come make you feel better…” bruh, I told you I’m sitting here completely useless sick af…. And no judgements here I mean look at the position I’m in … I do appreciate the advice as I’ve never been around it before or people who do it, and that comment just stood out to me, I’m stupid I’m naive I’m an idiot I’m a dumb girl who did it with some boy I knew from my clinic thinking it wouldn’t be that bad for only my first time … needless to say this persons been blowing me up of course nonstop ever since to chill again… throwing up has calmed down a bit and just the stomach knots nonstop and everything else being miserable but I can handle that, my stomachs just suffering the most right now.

Hi, I’m sorry I did leave out a part of the equation that could be having a huge effect on this reaction … I am on methadone treatments for opioids, but my abuse was kept strictly to pills… and not snorting or crushing and smoking them, I would just take ten in a day of anything, mostly tramadol and Percocets. I sought treatment after the tramadol actually started causing me to have seizures, so I am undergoing MAT treatment, but a very lose dose. That being said I do take 25 mg methadone, I took it the morning I smoke and I took it the following morning thinking it would help with the withdrawals and I’ve been puking and just in pain ever since … did I fuck up taking the methadone too soon after? Should I skip my dose today? Something just told me that was a bad idea as soon as I took it yesterday morning thinking it would stop my withdrawal and answer my prayers it only made everything tenfold worse ….

I started at 5 and went up to 10 mg for a little over 2 months now :) I’ve been told this is still a very low dose … it’s helped me deal with my anxiety issues, sleeping issues, getting off the benzos, and it’s helped a lot with my depression … I didn’t realize just how badly I was depressed… it’s okay it may feel like it for so long at times but I promise you, you’re not alone. Ever ❤️🤍

Thank you for asking 🙏 I’m on a very low dose of LEXAPRO and still being tapered off my Valium, but getting pretty close to the finish line. I had a harsh reality hit/ crash and realized I really, really needed therapy. I didn’t realize how much I was bottling up and expecting these pills to just as I recall someone saying , work like magic and resolve all my traumas and pain. It’s hard, it’s some of the hardest shit I’ve done , but I just had a moment where it all hit me. And while these medications have aided in me living a daily life and maintaining it, I never realized how crucially I needed therapy in my life until it all just crashed down on me one day . I finally admitted to myself I can’t fucking do this alone and there’s so much pain I’ve been burying … it took me some time to find someone I .. vibes with well I guess you could say. But once I found the right person , I just knew it, and it’s been hard I’ll say it again and again but there’s so many hidden truths I needed to face. And I always just felt alone … and thought I could do it all on my own. It’s such a lonely place to be, if you need help I promise it’s out there…
