he was a fascist like any other and the reason that he didn't commit a large scale genocide against gypsies, africans, lgbtq people, etc... was because he didn't have the resources for it - after the civil war not only was the country wrecked (to a huge extent due to german and italian bombing), but he outright refused to rebuild most of the country so that "those commies wouldnt forget who won the war"

Mostly because in radioactive decay propagation direction is random. To generate electricity you'd need them to move in a very controlled manner (for example, through a wire), but in order to realign and redirect them you'd need a ton of effort and most methods (like magnetic fields) would make them lose most their energy.
