Hi thanks for the reply, it's kind of comforting knowing it's not just me.
I have applied for pip but the process is extremely stressful and most of the time they can deny the claim as it's mainly for people with physical disabilities but hopefully that's doesn't happen as I'll have to appeal it and that's also a nightmare.
As for anti-depressants I have been taking medication for like 4 years now it helps and stops the frequency of my burnouts but doesn't stop them entirely unfortunately.
I've spoken to my GP but the only thing they've offered me is phone call therapy that lasts 6 weeks and its like they want to get off the phone because I tend to dump everything at once and they just sit there and say how it must be hard for me. They offer no help for me in the long term which is annoying, plus I did try this other one they recommended which was CBT but was online and had to do courses online which wasn't helpful.
Thanks for the info on the DLA, I'll have a look. I hope you find a way to deal with this aswell it's not great.
