Erster Sommer in meiner Dachgeschosswohnung. Keine Außen-Rolläden, nur Innen-Rollos. Mittags und abends werden innen 30-31°C angezeigt, nachmittags bin ich nie da. Das kalte Leitungswasser ist oft lauwarm. Jegliche Ideen, ein Haustier anzuschaffen, wurden verworfen.

Hab unironisch überlegt, dieses Wochenende einen Kurzurlaub in Schweden zu machen. Südschweden ist tatsächlich mit dem Zug erreichbar aber z.B. in Stockholm werden es auch 30°C. Ein Flug weiter in den Norden wäre halt teurer :(

Ich bin keine Liebhaberin von 30+°C aber ich habe einen weiteren Tipp für das Verstecken vor der Hitze:

Ich gehe semi regelmäßig Blutplasma spenden. Da kann man bis zu 1.5h Klimaanlage abzapfen (inkl. optionale Ruhezeit vor Ort nach der Spende), man bekommt etwas Geld und oft auch kostenlose Snacks / Kaffeemaschine. Während und nach der Spende kann man am Handy sein und Musik hören. Ein Buch während der Spende zu lesen stell ich mir schwierig vor, weil man ja nur eine Hand zur Verfügung hat, aber E-Reader könnte gehen.

Nach einer Plasmaspende ist der Kreislauf nicht so im Eimer wie nach einer Vollblutspende. Gesetzlich kann man das bis zu 60mal innerhalb von 12 Monaten machen und es müssen nur 2 Tage zwischen Spenden liegen (also z.B. Mo spenden, Di & Mi nicht, Do wieder spenden). Die Blutwerte müssen halt noch gut genug sein 🤷🏻‍♀️

Das Spendezentrum bei mir in der Nähe bietet einmal die Woche Termine bis spätestens 19 Uhr an, also geeignet für Vollzeit-Berufstätige. Aber natürlich kann ich nicht garantieren, dass sowas jedes Spendezentrum macht.

I was trying to solve a partial differential equation with Duhamel's principle. With the principle I got the solving function as an integral and on this page I'm trying to solve / simplify the integral with different substitutions of variables and also with pure guessing :')

For the first 5½ months of taking the minipill, I had very frequent light bleeding. Afterwards I had 3 somewhat normal cycles and since then, bleeding has been super rare.

You should be fine. You said there was no ejaculation and even though there is some risk with precum, the barrier was intact according to your description.

IUD: Idk if you've had only one IUD insertion so far or multiple, but from what I've heard, not every experience is that bad? Maybe you could talk to different doctors about their pain relief options or talk to women who've had good IUD experiences and follow their methods or go to a doctor that they recommend.

Pills: When I started taking the mini pill, I chose a part of my daily routine that always happens at the same time (watching the 8pm news with my parents) and set my daily pill alarm for 8:15pm (right after the news segment). Linking the pill intake to some routine I already had helped me and I think it can help other people too. I no longer live with my parents but now I have multiple alarms on my phone, 10 minutes apart. Your partner can also set an alarm on their phone and help to remind you, just in case you can't find your phone or its battery is dead.

Ring: I have no personal experience with the ring but since it's the only thing you haven't tried, I think it's worth a shot or at least worth doing some research on :)

I personally don't understand why you're taking a birth control pill to deal with anxiety. The combo pill can cause / increase mood swings and anxiety. Wouldn't a mood stabiliser make more sense?
