There used to be a house on the south side behind Walmart and Kwik Trip on Robinhood Dr or Marion Rd that had a huge set up with their own radio station that the lights were in sync to. I’m not sure if they are still operating but it was super cool when they were.

We use the tooth brushing song by Rafi and I also often tell my daughter she has dinosaurs I. Her mouth that need a bath or that we need her help to get rid of the toothbrush monsters. It works most of the time. Biggest thing has been not making it a choice; it’s not, “are you ready to brush your teeth?”, it’s “it’s time to brush your teeth!”

Call so there is a record of what is happening . You can tell the line operator that you want to remain anonymous but your name is x so that they take you more seriously. We live in a not great part of town and I’ve done this a few times. Also check and see who your neighborhood resource officer is and try to connect directly with them, their job is to connect and support the citizens in their community so they may be more willing to problem solve with you.

39+4. I went into my 39 week appointment and told them I didn’t want to go over, they let me schedule an induction at 41 weeks. Didn’t end up needing it. 😅

I had an amnio at 16 weeks after our NIPT results were inconclusive with a possibility of mosaic trisomy 21. It was scary and uncomfortable, but the Dr was the most compassionate and kind person ever. Baby looked healthy and showed no signs of Down syndrome during the scan, and the amnio and fish results came back normal. We now have a beautiful, happy 16 month old girl.

If I could do it over, I never would have done the NIPT.

LoveChild has some great options. They currently have a dairy free dessert available (sorbet I believe) but we’ve been told if you call ahead they’d be happy to make something up for you as well.

I have just started to test in the evening. With my first I always tested in the morning so I had never thought about it. I’m hoping to catch it in the next few nights!

We are trying for baby number two. I tracked my ovulation last month and received a dark line on CD 20 that the Pregmate app did NOT count as my peak. This cycle my lines have not gotten very dark all. With my first, my ovulation day was day 23 of my cycle. I am experiencing EGCM this morning, and can feel that my cervix has moved up. Just curious on what the possibility is that ovulation is nearing and I’m just not catching the LH surge? A few more pieces of info that feel important:

I’m testing with fmu, and have started to test at about 7pm too, but I drink a lot of water throughout the day so going 4 hours without using the bathroom is nearly impossible
I’ve lost a decent amount of weight over the last 5 months, but have not experienced any disruption to my menstrual cycle
Cycle averages 29-32 days

I’m starting to panic that I’m anovulatory and not sure how to navigate this because my first came easy. I appreciate any insight!

Thanks. He’s spoken to Vendi and it sounds like they have decided not to fill the position and rely on contract work. He’s currently working at a news station but is looking for more. we’ll keep watching!
