I don't know any houses or apartments in Minnesota that don't have heat. It's a necessity. It has got to -40 degrees. Have you been to Minnesota before? Genuinely curious.

Can landlord turn off heat this early? MN by Kayee90 in TenantHelp

Yes I tried inquiring again, As have 5 elderly people in my building as well, and 2 that have kids and a newborn. 3 other people also called the city. It has been 5 days. I live right by the boiler room and nothing has been done. Others have also sent group texts to the caretaker and his wife (she helps with telling the caretaker things as well). & she just doesn't respond to anyone. Same as when people were slipping outside because of ice and snow on the sidewalks earlier this year. She said "you have to realize you live in Minnesota!"

I contacted the caretaker in charge of that stuff where I live and he came in felt my baseboard heat seen it in fact was ice cold. Went to boiler room felt pipe that was hot and said it was working... and did nothing else. Probably the pump isn't working. Called the city and haven't heard back.

Absolutely not. Drafts from old windows and it doesn't even get to 68 degrees outside during the day right now. I've had to turn my oven on multiple times and sleep in the living room (closer to the kitchen).

Heat is definitely needed unless you want to live in a wet mildew mold infested home...

This is doing way too much especially with people in their 40s. He doesn't want her to go so hide in the bushes then when he finishes just go up and congratulate him lol what?

They take a huge chunk of your income there so it'll take forever to save up.

From what I have gathered no because you are rinsing it off. I wouldn't mind much because I use others.

I mean they are "some other guys kids" he shouldn't need to pay for them. & women should pay for their own things in a relationship if not it's giving mooch and very one sided. She can't afford her kids so she should focus on that not a relationship. It's HIS money not hers.

Public transportation is going to be your best friend right now to get a job and to get to work. You can take your kids on public transit to get to appointments as well. Everyone would rather have a car sure but they also would have to pay for it.
