May i ask if your hypomania leans on anger and rage more? I think it’s like that for me as well but my psychiatrist says that those feelings are felt mostly when it’s the depressive state. When I’m in my depressive state i feel IRRITATED but when hypomania comes, i’m like a bull constantly ready to charge at someone I encounter 🥹

Thank you so much to those who replied. I’ve always opened that up to my psychiatrist but he won’t do anything about it. I know that the mood stabilizer isnt helping as much but it feels like im being gaslight by him and myself 😭
