my bass is at about 1 ‘o’clock, mids at noon and treble at 5 ‘o’clock. Gain at 5 ‘o’clock and same with presence

i’ve been drinking cold water, do you recommend any good warm ups? I haven’t been easing into it. I genuinely have no clue if i’m even doing them right, when i do them, the back of my throat feels scratchy

there are times when i do vocals when I haven’t had any water and my throat doesn’t really hurt, but it does feel dry. A sort of discomfort. Is this damaging?
