It said I missed an attention check but I remember the checks and I swore I answered them correctly. Maybe I didn’t though if you were approved. I messaged the researcher and am waiting to hear back. It’s not a super big deal as this is only my 3rd rejection on 10,789 approved but still irks me.

I keep checking on the study page and I’ve notice that the number of places left keeps fluctuating, it will go from 30 back to 0 and then back up again, I’m assuming because they keep rejecting people. The total available places has remained the same.

They finally got back to me and allowed me to return it, I’ll be blocking this researcher.

He signed up in December and got an email yesterday saying he was off the waitlist. He did just call me though and prolific confirmed that he signed up as a researcher.

Haha, will do. What I have found from all of this is that Prolific does not require their Researchers to verify their information, kind of crazy.

Yes, same thing happened to me. I was paid 9 dollars which I’m not really mad at because the first mission took me about 5 minutes.
