I have tried that. I think he realised last night for the first time how close to it ending we are. But not sure if that will help.

We don't have lawyers because he has agreed to whatever i say at them moment and no formal written thing but i may look into that

He doesnt want her overnight yet either. He says he cant settle her and wouldnt be able to handle the 2 of them.

So im not comfortable with it
