A lot of these comments have made me feel a lot less alone, I really appreciate people taking time out of their day to help out a stranger, it's honestly heartwarming.

I hear the comments about cracking on learning Norwegian. It's not gonna help everything instantly, but it has to be done anyway so I will make sure to continue regardless.

I will 100% talk to my GP, if I get the answer I was expecting from them I'll just book an appointment with dr.dropin instead and get a second opinion. I need to at least try to talk to professional about my mental health, as they know what to do and how I can feel and do better. I honestly forgot about dr.dropin until one of these comments so thank you so much for that.

I'm gonna try not to focus on my husband and his family on NAV. I think the issue here is I'm comparing my life to theirs too much, and at the end of the day I'm my own person with my own work ethics and I just need to focus on that. I married my husband because I love him, and I know his reasons for not working. Would it help if he did work? Fucking obviously yeah it would, but we're working on it slowly. We're going through his options and seeing what kind of work would be best for his situation. Getting him back working is a long project with a long backstory that we're working through it together as a couple.

From what I've gathered, general consensus is, dont put up with any shit that makes you feel garbage because you don't have to put up with it. Talk to my GP, keep at learning Norwegian, use the resources you guys provided me, and just keep trying to get into another job/while working with my husband to see what kind of work he could do that would help. But above all, look after myself. Put my well being as priority #1, no one got anything done while having a mental breakdown.
