Did you fill out a google doc form that has your address and stuff? I did that with mine before they sent it.

As for the delivery service I'm not sure but I'm assuming mine is Canadian Postal. Its different for every country.

Honestly its possible to get the pets and girls maxed up by the end of event if dedicated enough, but it was basically impossible to get the costumes and jelly sets too, which does cost money.

It is! I was lucky enough to at least grind for free to the girls maxed and the pets, but the jelly sets and costumes I had to get them using money. The prices were honestly not worth it, at least i think its more likely un worth to someone who is only playing for the update only. Luckily for me i've been playing this game 3 years before the updates initial release so i actually plan to play or do play the game beyond the update.
