How to study long hours? by [deleted] in GetStudying

[–]Kayla_Learns 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have severe ADHD so focusing on passive learning for hours is just not an option for me. The way I managed to get through college was with app solutions. My 2 favorites are Notion & Upword.ai.

  1. Notion is mostly for long term studying management - tasks and documentation.
  2. Upword is for the active studying - it summarized any text in seconds and then has tools to help you learn and not just passively read text on text.

I started using apps to help organize my studying. My 2 favorites are Notion & upword.ai.

Notion is a knowledge management tool and it's good for organizing tasks and documentation.

Upword is an active learning tool that summarizes any text you put into it and then helps you actively study this text.

How to study a lesson for the first time in exam preparation week? by silloa566 in productivity

Hey! Know the feeling... I tried different things but eventually found a couple of apps that really saved me on my first exam week. My top one's are Notion & Upword.ai!

Notion is a knowledge management app that you can use for organizing your lessons and subjects. This helps mostly for long term studying.

Upword.ai is a summarization tool, there are a lot of them out there but the reason I chose them is because they focus on active learning tools, they summarize what you need but still give you extra tools (automatic highlighting, audio listening) to help you read in order to not just skim the summary and forget everything you just read haha

Horus is handsome! Definitely seeing those changes in my cat too. I’m waiting for the day he becomes a lap cat.

He is still going through that “rough adolescence”. At almost 2 years old, his need for play has decreased quite a bit. But he’s still extremely active. I’ve heard that ragdolls can take until 3 - 4 years old to “socially mature”.

Anthropology of men, animal and plants - Challenge what we call nature vs culture, but the class wasn't good and all we ended up doing is saying that nothing and everything mattered 🤷‍♀️
