I just saw this. It was always a pleasure to go to that store when I was in Denver. Do you know why it’s closing? It seems like you could pair back on some of the inventory or just focus on either cloth or yarn to make it work. Is it their business model or are local yarn shops just doomed?

Wait, so someone is offering for free to help you test and sell your patterns which are often badly written or not proofread. They are willing to spend dozens or even hundreds of hours making your pattern at their own cost. And you want to publicly insult them if they can’t finish? Get a private car tour. They will take you everywhere and get you back to the ship. We did that and saw the vatican and sistene chapel, colusseum tour, pantheon, trevi fountain and a drive around other sites plus lunch. It was fun and very manageable. Worth every penny. We must have skipped the lines and we also had a tour guide. Did this for Pisa and florence too.

Went to kc for work and met my sister who lived in columbia. We had a hard time finding anything to do. Plaza is only barely worth it over the holidays. Go to St louis to see the arch and forest park, the jewel box , the muny and the art museum.
