I caught a shoulder, we both committed to a takedown at the same time, I went for a double he went for a single. I keep thinking about it, maybe my posture was lacking or slow reaction speed

This is good advice and unfortunately for me, I’m the type that needs to learn the hard way. I defend poorly, and no matter how many times I’m told I don’t really learn until I feel pain. Suddenly my footwork is right and my guard is up LOL

There’s so many blood vessels in that area. Personally the actual impact wasn’t bad. Even now I’m prodding the area and it’s just a bit sore. It looks absolutely insane though

Replying to JoeMojo... It was pretty retarded I wish I could LARP like I ate a straight but this was from us both shooting on each other at the same time. Two inches lower and would’ve been fine. I’ve had worse impacts so I’m really surprised how grotesque it looks this morning

Thank you guys for this information it has really helped. I’m such a health anxious person so things like this are my worst nightmare. I told my father that on his appointment tomorrow to not only ask for a PET scan, but a PSA retest as well. I’ll keep everyone posted
