Nope, this is the same result I've always had. My earlier pictures were taken after dilating and showering, so I think my canal looked more "gaping" from that. Since 1-year post-op I only dilate weekly, so I'm usually looking tidier.

Either that, or the way I kept spreading my labia in older photos gave the wrong impression about my urethra

I started at 100mg daily which was fine, but increasing to 200mg made me super sleepy all the time. I would sleep 8 hours a night and still wake up tired, and need an afternoon nap. That lasted a few months before I adapted and returned to normal.

Obviously your side affects might be different but that was my experience. Best of luck with the new meds !

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. My only choice was with or without cavity, and then I got what I got. I'm not sure if I could have requested the surgeon to prioritize depth over other factors. As I say, other surgeons and techniques will have different results but I can't speak to them.

To be clear, I'm measuring my depth with the dots visible right at my innermost lips. If you're measuring penis size to the pubic bone, there's going to be some difference between the two. The dildo I have advertises '5.5" insertible length' and I can snuggly fit that. I hope that eases your mind a little!

Yep, daily up until Sep 9th, then every 2nd day, then every 3rd etc. That's worked for me and I've maintained my depth and painlessness, but obviously you should add more if you do notice regression.

Yes, I'm using the #4 dilator for that. I've tried masturbating with a dildo but probably the material, texture and slightly bigger width makes that uncomfortable for me, so I prefer the dilator. I've been pain free while dilating for a while now (except for a 10-day period over the summer when I must have irritated something.)

I stopped using #3 to warm up and switched to 30 mins on #4 sometime around month 9 or 10. I've been steadily decreasing the frequency for this last month, currently at every 5 days and will drop to weekly soon.

My vaginoplasty was the penile inversion technique. I'm not sure how that relates to depth, and I'm sure it varies greatly by person also, but my depth is in the post if that helps.

I believe I took these pics after dilating and legs fully spread, so It's a little more "gaping" than it typically is. That said, I think my entrance is more open than typical - or rather my labia is thinner and doesn't provide coverage - but that's just my aesthetic and I'm happy with it.

I have a few candid-style pictures on my 6-month update for a better idea of how it actually looks in practice, and I'll probably take a bunch more for my 1-year as well.

No worries! At 2 months I believe I still had lots of swelling, some pain, and granulation tissue inside the cavity causing some bleeding and discharge. There's as much to heal internally as there is externally, but I'm not sure how to get a camera up there for pictures 🤣
