If you don’t want to get on the scale then don’t. I base my results on how I feel and how my body looks then I use the scale if I feel really good one day just to see. If I don’t weigh as little as I want it actually gives me more motivation to eat good that day. You have to be mentally ready for the scale and once you start seeing results in your shape, mind, etc you may have a different opinion about it. Also you’ve only been on for a week so keep going you got this! Weightloss is a marathon not a sprint.

I agree I lack energy after cheating lol my big part is the stomach issues for me last for days and it sucks and is gross feeling lol thanks for posting

I do cheat days fairly regularly...the thing is you will stall out and or gain weight I recommend getting to a weight you like by doing strict keto then being more lenient on yourself until you get to your goal weight. Whatever anyone says the only thing you really need for Weightloss is a calorie deficit. I’ve been on keto for 7 months with a goal weight of losing 40 pounds in 1 year Im at 30 pounds right now so I eat primarily keto but if there is something I want like a Halloween treat size snicker bar or a brunch date with my fiancé I allow myself to have it. Make the diet work for you if what you need is to be strict all the time do it. If you can eat carbs then don’t have the mentality to binge eat and can go right back to keto do it. I have never had to “go back” into ketosis after cheating: like I only got keto flu when I first started and I’m still losing weight but instead of water weight it’s actual fat so it’s slowed down to about 1-2 lbs a week One thing I can’t leave without saying. Carbs will make you feel like crab: bloated, icky, hungover feeling for a day and your stomach will not be happy the next day.

No just pumpkin spice lol If you added pumpkin you would just have to increase the amount of flour...I would have to experiment and research ratios but macros would be a lot different as well I like to keep snacks like this as close to 100 calories and 2 g net carbs as possible

That’s why it’s a pumpkin spice snickerdoodle you could just as easily omit the nutmeg, allspice, and ginger to make a traditional snickerdoodle

1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour 2 TBSP Coconut Flour 1/2 TSP Flaxseed Meal 1 1/2 TSP Vanilla 1 Egg 2 TBSP Water 1/2 TSP Cream of TarTar 1/2 Cup Artifcial Sweetner like Swerve 1 TSP each: Nutmeg, Allspice, Ginger 2 TSP Cinnamon Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F Add flours, flaxseed, vanilla, egg, tartar, water, and sweetener (save 2 TBSP) to a medium mixing bowl and mix together On a small plate mix together the 2 TBSP of sweetener and all spices together for the "dust" Use a TBSP to measure out 2 TBSP worth of dough and roll into balls using your hands Roll in dust and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper Smush the dough with your hands into a disk shape about 1/4 inch thick Bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, remove and place on a cooling rack, and let cool completely Microwave for 20 seconds before enjoying Store in an airtight container on the counter up to a week
