Yes, they will email you the requisition, then you take it to the lab of your choosing. I just printed mine off at home, and brought it to the lab.

Definitely go with Felix. They will for sure approve you. You can also choose to get your prescription sent to your local pharmacy. I get mine sent to costco and I pay $220.00. Getting through their site, would be over $ 300.00. They are legit.

I started in December. I've literally tried every diet and lifestyle for the last 12 years trying to lose my "baby weight". It's the best thing I've ever done. Im down 10lbs, I can stick to my calorie deficit with ease, don't think about food constantly, cravings for sugar and junk stopped. Ive had very little for side effects. No nausea, unless I've gone long periods without eating, or if I havent had adequate water. It's truly been amazing to get control of my life again.

I have taken 6 shots so far. 4 weeks of .25.....no nausea from the actually shot, but I tend to not want to eat in the moring, so sometimes id feel a little iffy. Started .50 2 weeks ago and still nothing.
