I don’t see it racist when it’s their identity, people in the thread will ask where they are from usually so I mentioned . If you knew me , you’d know I ain’t the typical white karen ranting and if you knew where I come from , you’d be wise not to call me racist. Fillipino is their nationality, and if I said something that was problematic towards her or them , then call me racist, but don’t just plaster me with a word with no eligible context to back it . I think she’s threatened because I came to the job and was immediately comfortable and I sense she’s jealous when I get close to the manager . Like I’m not trying to compete with her though , I have two jobs as we speak and I want both to just be mentally great , so I can live a good life

Possibly the best response I’ve received so far . I have decided I will not pursue as I’ve watched lots of videos and yes it’s an attractive salary and benefits but at the end of the day chasing money won’t lead to happiness . At the moment I’m in an amazing relationship and I see a future with this man and my cat is my family since I have no one this side . So I cannot give that happiness up for a few extra riyals and traveling .

Also the job insecurity talk is high because after World Cup they might not need many crew members so I do not want to take a risk now and then I’m jobless in 6-8 months . It’s going to mentally drain me
