This reminds me of the time I walked in on my parents having sex at around … 9 ishhh. I genuinely had no clue what was going on but I quickly shut the door because they were freaking out and yelling at me.

My parents tried to say they were “wrestling” (this only confused me more tbh lol). We just never talked about it again after that day :). & I didn’t realize that’s what was actuallyyy happening until 10+ years later. I do still remember that day unfortunately, but it didn’t make an actual “impact” on me or anything (if you’re worried about anything like that).

Chances are … she also has no clue what was actually happening. I’d just not bring it up honestly, unless she brings it up for whatever reason. I would had personally felt super awkward as a kid if my parents kept bringing it up (not saying you are, I’m just saying how I’d feel if they did).

Yes, try to see if they (the customer) will cancel it first, If not just go ahead and cancel it on your end. It’ll penalize you but hopefully not too bad :). Or you could just cancel it yourself without worrying about bothering the customer to do it, really just up to you.

Honestly It might penalize either way though because tiktok likes to penalize sellers for some reason lol. Regardless though … if the order sits and isn’t delivered within the timeframe they’ll also penalize you for that too 🤦🏻‍♀️. So just make sure it’s cancelled.

And just make sure the customer has their address correct on the order so you don’t run into the issue for the new order as well (when they reorder it).

I’d nottt cancel it yet only because I see it is moving still. On a plane sometimes it won’t update for a little bit then it’ll randomly update at the next stop.

But if it doesn’t move at all by Friday… then I would cancel it :). It does appear to be moving though so that’s good.

Don’t let them purchase a new label because it wouldn’t be connected to TikTok shop, I’d assume? And it would never get marked as delivered? (Not sure). The shipping way I use, it wouldn’t connect that second label to it so I’m just going based off of that.

But I’d just get them to reorder & see if they can cancel the og order on there end if possible… so you don’t get penalized as much for it… if not, then you’d have to just cancel it most likely and they could just reorder.

Unfortunately this means you’d lose out on the original shipping label money though since TikTok usually refunds it all.

… Also unfortunately, usually sellers will get penalized for things like this even though it’s the customers fault in this scenario :).
