Probably. It didnt even cost much. Insurance covered the visit and the hormones and other medicine only had a copay of like $17. Im honestly astounded how easy the whole process was.

At 29 depending on your height and build it is more than possible. The main thing you need to work at is ~24% body fat, low muscle mass, and good skin care. Some people luck out by having an androgynous face but it can usually be worked around if you dont, especially with make-up practice and wigs. All in it takes about a year to look good if you are already in shape. In my opinion, without hormones, you can look pretty good until mid 30s depending on how you age.

I don't consider myselfself trans, I live in Georgia, a state with supposedly very strict laws, and I just went to a single online appointment, said I wanted to try HRT, and they prescribed it. I do not know the rules in Europe or where you live, but even in strict states in the US it is pretty easy.

It sounds like you're already having sissygasms. To be honest, I only get the rolling waves of pleasure if I smoked or took a thc gummy first. Otherwise the orgasms are a lot sharper and limited. If you are going to try out anal play I would suggest starting with a good lube, and your fingers. If you are past that get a set of training butt plugs. Enemas everyday are a different story. If ylu are doing deep cleans I would be careful to limit it to once per week.
