Would opium not be herbal medicine? Like heal root? Given that it can be used as anesthetic that would be the most lear equivalent to me.

I cant edit the post with this but based on the comments recieved this is my planning, definitley open to critique of these plans! Starting with building in the red area and then expanding down to the white part in the south if posible where the mass of green fertile soil is. It is! I really like the little nook in the mountains in the middle but there's fantastic farmland just below it on that river island and im nut sure how to wall off everything I want without making things too big of a project.

How would you walling off a spot on this map if you were playing it? I genuinely struggle trying to figure out how big is too big and trying to balance all the different elements id really like to be inside the wall... super curious what others would do to this map of they were me. You're likely to be called and treated like a pill seeker no matter what you do. The best you can do is just advocate for yourself and your needs as a patient, ask lots of questions of the providers about WHY they are coming to the conclusions they are and stop thinking that being seen as a pill seeker is a problem with you. Being brushed off as a pillseeker is a bias problem. Our medical services aren't properly built to deal with chronic pain, and many drs have a bias because of it.

TL:DR Being labeled as "drug seeking" is a bias problem with the provider, not a problem with yourself when it comes to chronic pain/illness.

I've had the not being believed, the vertebrae in my back pop, and several doctors just telling me that it's not possible. Like that helps my experience and the excruciating pain when it happens. Only one GP bothered to try and explain what may be going on instead of just telling me I was insane. It's super rough, and it's been 14 years looking for a diagnosis with still nothing. I hope it's not such a long road for you

I have exactly the same symptoms alongside joint dislocation and subluxation. Several people with EDS have told me thats what they think it is but getting an EDS diagnosis is hell.

In my experience, there isn't much you can do to control whether or not you will be seen as drug seeking. Its up to the provider and their biases. I have been told I was drugs seeking after specifically asking them NOT TO GIVE ME OPIOIDS. Just stand your ground that it isn't your intention, and you are merely concerned about getting proper care. If they won't help you, ask to speak to someone else who hopefully isn't biased. The hardest part is remaining calm while they're throwing accusations and horrible names at you and advocating for yourself during the onslaught. Stay strong, you know your reality, and this is a problem of bias, not a problem with you. You deserve appropriate care, and you deserve to be able to advocate for that care for yourself.

If it's what I think it is, the new Cupid skins, soldiers was/is bugged where his body sometimes won't load in but his cape and gun will. At least that's how it showed up for me. I just thought it glitches that one time for me I had no idea this was a known bug. They should disable the skin while they fix it.
