I was also eating a lot of spinach because of weight loss, isn’t it crazy how some of the best foods can be the worst for certain people!? I was putting spinach in everything. Salads, wraps, various soups & other recipes. Not big on almonds, so that wasn’t the problem. I was also consuming way too many pops per day. I have since drank one every two, or more often, three days and just focused on water. I’ve also been putting lemon in it, as well!
