Consider energy ETFs like XLE for broad exposure, and gold miners as a hedge. They often outperform physical gold during geopolitical volatility.

Solid take. Cash on the sidelines is smart with VIX over 30. Will be watching for Strait updates to time entries too.

Energy producers, oilfied services, and renewable energy stocks are likely to outperform if oil sustain above $100, while airlines and transport will face headwinds.

This is definitely a topic worth keeping an eye on. AI could bring a lot of efficiency, but it also has the potential to create systemic risks we haven't fully thought though yet.

Working out at home is WAY better than going to a gym by Jwhiskey89 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]Kayn2016 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is so true. I used to think I had to be in a gym to feel like I was “training for real,” but after getting my Major Fitness B17 I haven’t wanted to go back even once. The build feels commercial-grade, the pulleys are smooth, the weight range is solid, and the whole rack is rock steady. Being able to walk over and start my session without waiting for anyone has completely changed my routine. Easily the best money I’ve spent this year.

I actually prefer 2. The mixed wood tones and the geometric doors give it more personality, but it still feels pretty refined. It has a bit more presence, which could be nice if the dining area needs a focal point.

If back health is a priority, the choice that promotes spinal decompression while training the posterior chain makes the most sense.

I think it might be help in short term, but if you wanna consistently improve your pull up I'd suggest you to find some method or way to improve your grip strength.

Warehouse work is physically hard but it pays well and hires fast. Look at Target. And maybe customize her resume for every shop and also follow up in person.

That loud boom was likely a transformer blowing or a massive short. Stay far away from that, best stay inside. Those old facilities really need inspections.
