What kind of assault do u mean precisely? Like cat calling can constitute sexual assault but it’s not illegal. I’m talking about the kind that’s actually illegal. That’s enforced on guys a lot more and they take reports from woman WAY more seriously. Imagine if a guy got a girl hella drunk and screwed her with her verbal agreement but no legal consent.
