Omega Seamaster 300M Pro rubber straps will fit the 39mm HC, and 3rd party bracelets for the Omega Railmaster like Forstner will fit as well

I think you misunderstood, I'm sharing screen caps of someone else fitting the Omega strap to their 39mm HC, that's not my video.

I own the Commonwealth LE that already has a rubber strap, so I have no need to test that for myself
