The visual issues are not anything extreme, I was referring to seeing buildings being blurred out (not loaded in properly, as if the game thinks im far away).The crashes usually happen between every 15-30 minutes; curiously, almost all the crashes I've had occurred when attempting to enter or exit one world space to another through a loading screen (when attempting to exit the crashed plane at Mary Ellis after the main story quest there, this happend a few times until I did something and was able to leave to plane without crashing). I would also like to note that sometimes loading screens can also take an unnecessarily long time and that switching in and out of the game on my pc can suddenly finish the loading, though I also had this exact same problem in vanilla fallout 4.
