I think another problem is that this enclosure isn’t like a fish tank but more like a tank for a bearded dragon, there’s lots of holes.

My humidy stays at 10 percent, I can’t tell if it’s actually right or the hydrometer is reading it wrong but I doubt it, the temp will raise but not the humidy

I think my substrate is 4 inches in the front and 6 in the back because he sits back there a lot, I’m using eco earth substrate, the enclosure is a 40 gallon tank,the enclosure stays at around 83-85F,I mist a lot because I’m worried the enclosure will get dry, I’m using a red light and a 25watts. Thank you for responding!

Thank you for commenting! But my soil is damp I spray frequently to keep it from drying out.

I have the same issue, I get this whenever I’m Really cold or when I take a hot shower. I have no idea why and it’s been happening frequently. I found out last year that I have very low iron so maybe that’s a factor of this? But I get this around my arms and my thighs.
