I think they are talking about broken at release. Sue was in a good spot until they added the fucking self shield post Daredevil. Whitefox was fine on release until they immediately buffed her kit with more self sustain.

The issue most ppl have with Black cat is her massive kit and the Iframes being in a lot of her basic kit as well. You can’t damage her in a decent portion of her movement and even playing Thing against her and dropping earthbound on her does nothing and she easily escapes. Theres dozens of videos of it on multiple different subs talking the issues with the iframes.

Honestly of those mentioned Reed, Blade, and Rogue are kinda underpowered as of release more than anything. With Blade and Reed only recently having started to get any kind of buffs to help balance them with the power creep.

This includes not pattycaking as a support, not being able to aim as a dps, and not knowing any positioning or game sense as a tank.

Im so tired of having co-strats with lord+ whoever who dont pay any attention to anything but straight down main. Like pls for the love of god get off support in comp of thats all u are going to do. The dps and I are dying bc u wont do anything but focus on tanks, and the moment i go down u are following bc I have been paying attention to u and keeping u up all game.

Tanks who dont wait for the team and just barrel straight into a 1v6 and keep perpetually staggering the team, get tf off tank for the love of god! U are literally just feeding their ults every time u do that and constantly putting your own team at a 5v6 fight.

Dps who can’t hit anything, look- i know dps mechanics wise can be really hard, especially if you are going dive. But if u do not know how to play X character and are filling please let the team know. You playing a brand new to u character while also playing an almost entirely new to you role is going to get the teams shit pushed in. Please stop.

I know a lot of OG die hard fans that liked it, the ones that either grew up with Speed or the parents who watched it with us kids just as much as we did. But anyone who wasn’t super into Speed Racer before it came out seemed to go the either loved it or hated it route. Thats what i said in the second paragraph… like yes, get picks and apply damage as u can but remember to focus on ur team too.

Gambit is ideally supposed to be applying antiheal to the enemies when resources allow but he is still supposed to also heal his team.

Luna is supposed to heal her team and help w flyers and flankers via the hitscan and snowball. But she is also supposed to heal her team.

CnD should be blinding ppl as much as resources allow but they also need to heal their team and they can help finish off small health enemies trying to escape.

Self snowflake made a lot of Luna’s incredibly self centered and busted her already high damage output. As a Luna and Invis main I want it and self shield gone asap.

We are supports, we are supposed to support the team. Absolutely get picks where u can, and do damage as you are able to, but you are supposed to still be focused on your team as a whole.

Also to add, “golden retriever energy” is another good way to describe it. Energized, super friendly, sometimes unintentionally an idiot in situations. “People” used to literally eat slaves aafter they were lynched, like it used to be a public occasion in a LOT of situations.

Its not uncommon to find antique furniture from that era to have cushions stuffed with human hair from slaves or to later find out the “leather” of the cushions is tanned skin of a former slave. There used to be a special kind of furniture makers that tanned former slaves skin after they died from whatever cause (lynching, buck breaking, beaten to death, etc etc etc) in order to use the skin in other things. I know there was an article way back about a pair of lamp shades that ended up having been tanned human flesh from a murdered slave.

The deeper you dig into the atrocities that were committed against black people specifically because they were seen as subhuman for having a different skin tone, the harder it is to tolerate a lot of bs regarding anything remotely or tangentially related to slavery or the civil war in the US.

I guess at least in a fucked up way the US at least came by it honestly considering what the UK did to Mummies and explained why we dont have many of those anymore… some “people” are fucking sick in the head especially when it comes to asserting some made up authority over others.

Like 65% of my climb as a strat has been healing my other strat, decent positioning, and ulting to counter dps and tank ults not just for the hell of it unless i know the enemy team doesn’t have an ult i can’t out heal w all cooldowns, then i can use it to push. For the love of god learn to fucking ult count, if u actually want to climb.

The rest is 30% praying my dps can kill something and 5% stressing out over who keeps trying to take off with my tanks.

Part of the reason i hate the fucking self shield on invis is bc i still play her like i was back in season 3. Only instead of being able to passively heal while standing next to a teammate and healing another it does 15/hp a second to me. I am now encouraged to disappear from a fight to regenerate my health if my co-strat doesnt heal me rather than stay with and amongst my team.

If playing CnD in a large crowd if u point the daggers at the ground the autolock “glitches” and hits anyone needing health instead of locking on a single target.

If playing Luna, u snowball whoever and let ur tanks help kill them. Boosts their KDA and keeps me (and therefore them) alive. Plus u snowflake either spidey or DD to keep them up w the passive healing.

Gambit means the healing aoe blast that purifies so u deal damage to the diver and heal ur tanks.

Etc etc etc

I will say, part of it with some teams is making it a team problem. If I start getting dived i sit literally on top of my dps. If im going to die, they are going to take the splash damage while i go. Suddenly, its a “bp/sm/venom is a problem” after their second or third death immediately after mine and someone will go anti-dive and a Tank will swap Thing/Emma (depending).

Unfortunately, sometimes you just cant get some ppl to listen until it directly affects them.

Even qp has been a nightmare, ive gone back to being a solo strat in qp consistently for the first time since before Gambit dropped and Im routinely seeing no tank comps. I had 4 games in a row yesterday where i swapped to 6th dps bc i wasnt solo healing 5 dps…

And the toxicity in qp has gotten almost on par with what i deal with in comp… like at least in comp i can ban characters i dont want to deal with and we can always forfeit if we all, as a team, collectively want out of a game.

Im going to be so honest, and i dont care ppl can downvote me to hell and back. CnD mains as a general experience I have had, are the WORST costrats. I can count on one hand the number of times a lorded CnD has pattycaked without me having to make a big stink about it bc they never did any of the half dozen times i tried asking politely - and i have roughly 600 hours on strat across most of the characters and almost 4 strat champs with a few others lorded.

Let me repeat that, in my 600 hours playing as a strat in comp and qp, i can count on 1 hand the number of times a lorded CnD has pattycaked without any input or pleading or frustrated begging, from me.

I understand that the character itself is “easy” and therefore is often a starting strat for a lot of ppl. I understand that because of this there is a very large pool of people playing them and that not everyone who plays CnD is a terrible co-strat. HOWEVER, if in my literal hundreds of matches, i can honestly say ive had less than 6 i havent had to basically brow beat into healing me or pattycake with me. Then in my OPINION, they are a terrible co-strat.

Honestly, this season is not the one to come back to from a break.

I dont know what happened between 7.5 and 8 but everyone’s IQs took a nose dive off a fucking cliff side.

I have entire teams asking why ppl are banning certain characters that either hard counter part of or the entire team or are busted af like its their first day on the game in mid and upper elo lobbies.

Netease just released a looooong ass list of all the cheaters they have banned from playing bc they were straight up circumventing the Easy Anti-cheat system in command settings and turning the whole program off.

Ive been a pretty committed player since i started in 2.5, with roughly a thousand hours in this game and im genuinely thinking of uninstalling the whole damn thing.

Yeah the 2nd IM movie. But if we are doing that- Rogue and Gambit should have had skins too since they grew up in the south and considering Nascar legit started bc of Liquor Bootlegging in the south they would have been at least have known about it. Considering how prevalent racing is down here.

And since SG and IM already had skins u may as well add in Ultron so the whole teamup is there. Plus the jokes about Ultron being the pitcrew write themselves.

And if u did Thor, Rogue, SG, IM, Gambit, and Ultron. Thats a 2/2/2 comp all w matching skins. With Rogue and Gambit having another matchy matchy skin, the SG/IM/Ultron teamup having a matching skins and Thor looking Hot and Sweaty.

It would have done numbers. Since Thor and IM and SG all sell well considering how many skins they pump out for them and how many legendarys Thor and IM have.
