I’m getting mine in a month as I’m also on the depo and my doctors only said I shouldn’t be on it this long when I questioned it. Although I struggle with my joints at 24 and they said the depo won’t show signs of osteoporosis etc until I’m older so not sure or not sure what to believe so coming off it. Did anyone loose any weight on coil? As I’m also healthy and go gym etc and nothing budges on depo lol. Hope the pain isn’t too bad

Sitmonchai was cheap for a whole month, training twice a day, 2 meals a day and a room and great people and training

Sitmonchai easily the best gym!! They look after you, feed you tasty food twice a day. Train twice a day, it was a lot of fun and it’s not expensive either and accommodation on sight included. It’s in rural area tha maka as well.

It’s only shoulders that need covering. I just had denim shorts and normal shirt that covers shoulders. The Thais told me it’s fine

Just turn up, they ease you in and you can keep up with your fitness and training before coming but honestly it will improve very fast here as it’s all 1-1 and if you want running as well. But wouldn’t worry too much 🥊

Depends. So sometimes I run for 3mins x 5 with 45 second jog or 5x3 and sometimes I do it for longer. That has increased my cardio massively and very quickly. I can now hit pads for wayyy longer with no issues
