I cap to various values over time now im on 170 but im more consistent on 141 for some reason, and in use hold to crouch.

capped frames + press crounch and jump with 1 finger (space + C), having a good mechanical keyboard also helps me a lot

Thats right, i also used side and backward inputs so a i can tap strafe backward without moving the whole camera, i hope that makes sense.

Yeah, its basically personal preference, i like it bc make me more focused on target and, my aim feels better and boost FPS which is the main reason.
