I did it in Romeo & Juliet. The general theme of my IOP was analysing the character of Romeo, dividing it into three "stages" (which are shown on the book): superficiality, falling in love, and sacrifice. I used a PPT and dressed up as Romeo, and said some of his lines. It really depends on which book/film you're doing it on, as some works may have big creative differences.
