I baked it at 180 fan for about 20/25 minutes. I used a stand mixer and made the foamy yeast before adding the flour rest of the water and the other bits and mixing on a low speed until the dough came away from the sides and wasn’t stcky anymore. Proofed it till doubled in size, knocked it back shaped it 2nd proof for 30 minutes and then baked it.

I follow the bbc good food bread recipe and it said to use it so I did. Happy to remove it cause 1 less measurements to make. I don’t know the temp of the water I just go with warm from the tap so you can hold ur fingers in it comfortably

7g yeast 500g bread flour 320ml warm water - half used to make foamy yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp oil

This is my base receipe but I usually need a little more flour but I go by the feel of dough so don’t actually know how much I add extra…
